My sims 3 game playing has eased up a little, now that the 'newness' is wearing down a bit, but I still have much to explore. Just a little more slowly now.

I WILL give a bit of warning. There's naked sims in this particular entry. Be warned if you are reading at work. :)

Starsha Simme, Gage and their family continue to grow, as Sims are prone to do. I'm discovering a lot to discover in this game. Things to collect, Opportunities that feel like mini-quests. The more I play it, the more I like it. :) However, my big complaint right now, is Weddings PHAIL. They failed to include a wedding arch, even the wedding rings have to be added to outfits in Create a Style, by adding it as an accessory. I only discovered this recently, so most of my pictures don't show wedding rings on married Sims. Sigh.

It continues to astound me, how many little things they put into the Sims 3. There are things they could have given more attention, like Weddings! OMG Can I have an arch please?!?! But for the most part, I love the little nuances they included. Discovery of insects, or rare and uncommon seeds for gardeners. The opportunities. Not a lot of this is included in the story, because it's hard to figure out how to incorporate those things, but I think that what they give us DOES give us the opportunity to create very in-depth and creative stories about our Sims. Once I'm done exploring with my Sim Self, I may start a legacy in this game. :)

I've been playing this game far too much, but enjoying it immensely! I was skeptical at first, hearing all the negative things, however if one thinks of it as a game SEPARATE from Sims 2, and not one that's supposed to be a step UP from Sims 2, it's quite fun! I don't intend on removing Sims 2 from my gameplay anytime soon!

Well, with my Sim Self wanting to raise five babies from infant to teenager, this makes for a very busy and active household. I lose track of time when I'm playing, and before ya know it, they day's gone by and there's been umpteen birthdays! LOL. Now, I took more shots than I'm posting. I'm discovering that I tend to like shots of twins side by side, or things I've done a hundred times before, so I clipped as necessary to keep this from being a long long page of pictures everyone's seen before ;)

The Sims 3 is all the rage right now, among the Sims community. I've spent the last few days exploring it inside and out. Got the guide two days after I got the game. jadawin, my Dear Hubby, thinks I shouldn't need the guide at first, I should explore and go with trial and error. Well, he got his wish, when Game Spot shipped the guide two days after they shipped the game itself. Haha.

So my First Sim is a version of my Self. This is Starsha Simme, and you can see a small image of her in my Userpic. Her traits are: 1. Family Oriented, 2. Great Kisser, 3. Kleptomaniac, 4. Natural Cook and 5. Green Thumb

The RL me is NOT a kleptomaniac, but I love cooking and gardening and definitely am family oriented. Great Kisser? You'd have to ask hubby. *giggles*
